As a parent, educator and real estate professional with Century 21 Cedarcrest Realty, Kim Fiore knows how important it is to find the perfect home for you and your family. Kim has been a resident of the West Essex Area for over 30 years and brings extensive knowledge of the entire area. She is a technology teacher in a local grammar school and her sons have attended local schools from nursery school through high school. Her community involvement has included President of the James Caldwell High School HSA, CCD Teacher, various sports booster clubs and charity work.

Kim earned a BA in Computer Science/Math from Rutgers University and a M.S.Ed in Instructional Media from Wilkes University. As an educator for over 15 years, Kim has earned the trust of students, parents and fellow faculty members. Kim uses the characteristics needed in the classroom, including patience, understanding and communication to help her real estate clients at Century 21 Cedarcrest Realty.

Computers and technology have always been an interest of hers and she knows the importance the Internet plays in marketing your home. She uses social media and the latest online tools to ensure properties will reach the widest audience.

Kim is also an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®) .  She  successfully completed a detailed ASP® course and passed a required thorough examination on preparing homes for sale. Staged homes traditionally present themselves better than the competition by being clean, clutter-free, and ready to show to prospective buyers .  Staged homes also typically sell faster and for a higher price than non-staged homes.
